The Faema E61 legend and the Faema E61 jubilee are re-introduced around the turn of the century. The design was kept the same, but technically the machine was updated to with modern features. Like replacing the mercury switch with a modern Sirai pressure switch, temperature probe and with the newer machines a internal pump.
With the introduction of the Faema E61 jubilee lifted the traditional machine to a new level. This model is solenoid operated instead of with the manual valves like with the original Faema E61. Which is standard for a modern espresso machine.
