Are you struggling to find replacement gaskets for your espresso machine because they are no longer in production? Look no further! We provide a comprehensive solution, offering gasket materials, tools, and custom gasket cutting services to meet your needs.

Gasket Types

Espresso machines typically use two types of gaskets. The most common are flat gaskets, which are either injection-molded or cut from sheet material. The other type is shaft gaskets. We offer solutions for both types, ensuring your espresso machine operates smoothly and efficiently.

Flat Gaskets

We provide a wide range of food-safe materials for flat gaskets, including Victor Reinz AFM34, FKM (commonly known as Viton), and various types of silicone. These gaskets are cut from flat sheets, allowing us to create any size and shape you require. However, the thickness is limited to the available sheet material. If you need thicker or less common sizes, we can accommodate that as well, but these are crafted from round stock with higher Shore hardness.

Piston Gaskets or Hydraulic Seals

Piston gaskets, also known as hydraulic seals, are primarily used to seal moving shafts, such as those found in lever-operated espresso machines. Over time, these types of gaskets can become obsolete, making them difficult to replace. We specialize in creating custom piston gaskets to keep your espresso machine in top working order.

Minimum Order Quantity

For all custom gasket orders, we require a minimum order amount of 50 euros. Additionally, if we need to create a digital drawing (DXF/DWG file) for your gasket, there may be an extra charge. The cost depends on the complexity and level of detail required.

With our extensive range of materials and expertise in custom gasket cutting, we can help you keep your espresso machine running smoothly, even when replacement parts are no longer available. Contact us today to discuss your needs and find out how we can help!
