Faema E61 engine RPM 300W 230V

The espresso machine motor on this page is made by the Italian electric motor manufacturer RPM. This motor is intended to be used as a exterior motor, so that it isn’t installed inside the machine. The motor is a good motor to use with a vintage espresso machine like the Faema E61. Currently this coffee machine motor can be used on a variety of models made by La San Marco.

The rotary vane motor listed on this page is made by RPM. Is has 300W with 220-230V 50/60Hz. To start the motor there needs to be used a start capacitor, this capacitor is 6 µf and is located in the junction box on top of the motor. This motor has also been fitted with a bottom mounting plate. This specific model is a clamp ring motor. That means that the pump will be attached to the motor with a stainless steel clamp ring. To tighten this clamp ring you need to tighten a phillipshead screw on the clamp. Brands which are suitable for this clamp ring pump are Procon, Fluid O Tech and Nuert.
