Revisioned Faema Urania 1 group

A refurbished restored Faema Urania 1 group lever espresso machine.

It all begins with completely dismanteling of the machine. Then the frame will be shot blasted and powdercoated.
Instead of newly chrome plating the machine, this machine was left original. So only cleaning and polishing of the chrome plated parts. to give the chrome a bit of it's shine back. The decal on the glass plate was also kept original

This Faema Urania has zodiac brewing groups, bottom part is brass with chrome and the top lever assembly is a aluminium casting.
On the brewing group the following parts have been replaced:

• piston seals;
• main springs;
• rubber bumpers, back and fron;
• bearings.

The boiler and pipes have been descaled and cleaned. The boiler and heating element got fitted with new gaskets, on this machine the heating element is also new. the filling valves and steam valves have also be re-build to work again as new.
All the electrical components on the inside have been replaced with new components:

• HT wiring;
• heating element;
• pressure switch.

Next to all these things the machine will be supplied with a single and a double portafilter, and their matching baskets.
For the water supply there will be a stainless steel hose and for draining the machine there will be a reinforced plastic hose.

All our espresso machines are supplied without a power plug.
