Faema Urania 2 group first series

This a rare model fully restored first series Faema Urania 2 group lever espresso machine.

The machine has been completely dismantled, after this the frame will be shotblasted and will be provided with a new dubbel layer powdercoating to prevent rusting in the future.
All the chrome plated parts are dismanteled and shipped off for new chrome plating. The brass trim parts are grind and polished into a mirror finished. To keep their mirror finish they are also lacquered after this. The plastic decal on the back of the machine is kept original. On this machine the plexiglass is also a new one.

This Faema Urania has been fitted with 2 lever brewing groups, these are earlier groups then the zodiac groups. and are completely made of chrome plated brass.
On the brewing group the following parts have been replaced:

• piston seals;
• main springs;
• rubber bumpers, back and fron;
• bearings.

The boiler and the few pipes which are present have been descaled and cleaned. The boiler and heating element got fitted with new gaskets, on this machine the heating element is also new. the filling valves and steam valves have also be re-build to work again as new. These groups do have a additonal thermo control of the brewing groups
All the electrical components on the inside have been replaced with new components:

• HT wiring;
• heating element;
• pressure switch;
• safety valve.

Next to all these things the machine will be supplied with a single and a double portafilter, and their matching baskets.
For the water supply there will be a stainless steel hose and for draining the machine there will be a reinforced plastic hose.

All our espresso machines are supplied without a power plug.
