The portafilter shown on this product page is a bottomless portafilter which can be used on the famous La Pavoni Lever espresso machines. this model of portafilter is compatible with the La Pavoni pre-Millennium brewing groups.

You can use this brewing group for instance on the La Pavoni Europiccola, La Pavoni Professional and the La Pavoni Mignon. With Pre-Millennium brewing groups offcourse.

This bottomless portafilter has a ear orientation of 90 degree. The ears have a thickness of 5mm. This bottomless portafilter is supplied with a double filterbasket as well as the holding spring. This portafilter has been made in Italy.

How do I know which type of brewing group do I have? Well the pre-millennium la Pavoni brewing group has a bell shape and has been made up to the turn of the century. The millennium brewing also has a internal sleeve. You can also see the difference in the schematic of the brewing group.

This bottomless portafilter is not suitable for the Elektra Micro Casa Semi-automatic.
