Fitting 1/2" hole dia 14mm length 28mm

A welding end cap nut is used to put pressure on the welding cap so it seals against the conical surface of it. Once there is not enough pressure from the back from the welding cap nut, the seal won’t work.

This type of welding end cap is slightly different then the standard types of caps.

To start, this welding end cap is a male thread instead of a female thread. You can see this type of welding end fitting with connections to brewing groups, such as with the E61 style and old E61 groups.

This thread size is a male ½” BSP-G thread. The inner hole is 14mm. So the only welding fitting suitable for this tube is the one which can hold the 12mm tubing. The length of this fitting is 28mm.
